Lena Gahwi is a digital strategist dedicated to driving impactful political and advocacy campaigns. She has played pivotal roles in grassroots, provincial, and national campaigns, specializing in digital mobilization, volunteer engagement, and digital communications.

Currently, Lena is the Deputy Digital Director for Jagmeet Singh and the NDP, where she spearheads national outreach efforts and builds scalable digital programs that connect communities with meaningful political action.

Previously, Lena co-created and launched the NDP’s National Volunteer Program, known as Team Jagmeet, empowering thousands of volunteers across Canada to take on leadership roles within the party. Her expertise lies in bridging digital strategy with people-powered movements, ensuring technology enhances—not replaces—grassroots activism.
