Sumi Shanmuganathan is the Founder and CEO of PredictEdge, an AI-powered engagement intelligence platform helping campaigns, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations understand why people engage — not just what they click. PredictEdge combines ethical intelligence, predictive analytics, and compliance-first AI to build trust and drive meaningful action. With 20+ years of experience across marketing, communications, public affairs, and organizational change, Sumi has led work spanning startups, global nonprofits, and complex institutions. She previously served as Associate Vice-President of Marketing and Communications at George Brown College and has worked with organizations including Microsoft, the Government of Ontario, UNHCR, Arthritis Society of Canada, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Sumi is also the Founder and Principal of Niche Strategies and Co-Founder of Dunya Habitats. An award-winning strategist, she is a passionate advocate for responsible AI, women and BIPOC leadership, and building technology that aligns innovation with purpose.
