Tyler Boyce

Executive Director of The Enchanté Network
Tyler Boyce is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader and public policy expert. Over the past 15 years, Tyler has led organizations and coalitions at the community, provincial, national, and international levels, advancing 2SLGBTQI+ rights, racial justice, and nonprofit sustainability.
He is the Executive Director of The Enchanté Network, Canada’s national 2SLGBTQI+ network organizations supporting over 300 2SLGBTQI+ organizations across the country, and founder of Black Queer Canada, the country’s only national organization dedicated to the rights and wellbeing of Black queer and trans communities. Through his leadership, Tyler has helped secure historic federal investments, build national leadership pipelines, and strengthen the infrastructure of Canada’s queer and trans nonprofit sector.
Previously, Tyler has represented Canada at the United Nations and he teaches Deconstruction of Racism in the Law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. His work bridges policy, organizing, and institutional change, contributing to major public policy wins and long-term movement capacity.
Tyler studied Public Policy at Carleton University in Ontario and is based in Canada.
