Introducing Allen Alexandre
Allen Alexandre is a remarkable leader with a rich background in political advisory and community empowerment. He recently served as the Director of Parliamentary Affairs to the Minister of Diversity and Inclusion and Youth, the minister leading the charge on cross-government accountability and commitment to diversity and inclusion and on legislation that touches Black, Indigenous and People of Colour as well as LGBTQ2 communities. Many have seen him at the forefront of significant legislative changes. Under his leadership, the government made strides in promoting equality by banning conversion therapy, establishing Irish Heritage Month, and recognizing Emancipation Day at the federal level.
Allen’s extensive experience also includes his contributions as a senior advisor to the Minister of Small Business and Export Promotion and International Trade, serving as Press Secretary and Issues Manager where he championed economic opportunities for marginalized communities. His work as Senior Québec Advisor to the Minister of Public Safety and Deputy Prime Minister further highlights his commitment to fostering Cross-Cultural understanding and National Security.
Simply put, Allen brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience in navigating complex political landscapes to achieve meaningful change.
